I also believe that it depends on the individual!My wife is 57yrs.
of age and will be 58 next month.Looking at her;you would never
guess her age!She takes very good care of herself.She&both of
my daughters;all go to step classes,aerobics,and kick boxing at
least three times a week.Both of our daughters;each have two
young children.All take a personal pride in the way that they look
and carry themselves.We have been married for 36yrs. and still
have a very good sex life.As I've said in other threads-You get
out of things,what you put into them.That includes everything!
