Those are the chat room stats for the previous day, although I am not sure if the times listed are GMT or a different time zone. Sometimes I pop in during the middle of my day (Noon Pacific Time) and there is rarely anyone there. Just try at different times... and if you see jwalker, don't expect too much conversation.
