Send some of that attitude my way, CGT.  Mine was very peaceful...we agreed on most things...until $$$ came into it. Instead of signing the decree and getting things over with, he has decided to fight, just to, as my *seven*-year old told my *sister,* for Christ's sake, "get revenge on Mommy." He's jeopardizing the purchase of a new house, and he's not paying a dime in the meantime.
Good thing I have a good attorney/boss/friend. Did I mention I pointed Child Support Recovery in his direction? :banner:
