hmmmmmm....
I am very familiar with the busniss end of a shovel--for fun I will move 5-10yards of gravel and assorted large bolders to find garnets and sapphires as well as other gem stones. As being a male my plumbing isn't the same as yours and only get excited (emotionally ) when I am goning through the jig pile looking for them.
But we are all different--once I broke my right forearm and when the doc was examing it...my left shoulder was in agony!
could just be your nervious system is wired differently--but not knowing what happens (during work) south of the boarder on women it suspect it deals with increased blood flow, and muscel pressure rubbing just the right spot
