Friends of mine who have had lip/cheek/tongue/brow/belly button piercings have GROSSED ME THE HELL OUT with tales of infection and soreness. I can't imagine piercing such a sensitive area (though I think the piercings do look cool). I'd be worried about tearing during rough sex, too!
