...I sat there dumbfounded. She had never sent anything to me in my whole time on the project. I didn't dare look up, paranoid that she would be looking at me. I hesitated for a few seconds, crazy thoughts racing through my mind. Is she going to challenge me? Scold me for being a perve? I felt myself going red again. I had tried all week not to look at her.
Then the rational part of my mind took over. "Don't be stupid" I told myself, "it's probably just a work related mail". But if it was work related, surely there would be a subject heading. No, she was standing up for herself, telling me to stop undressing her with my eyes. I was so ashamed, my index finger tapped on the mouse. I opened up the mail deciding to face the music, to see what she was going to say about my wondering gaze.
