counting the # of heads,arms,fingers,tongues,ears,etc.,that he is
responsible for having cut off.The main proof,is the videos,of
political opponents,that he had tortured to death & then filmed
for his "watching amusement"The BEST thing about the death
penalty,is that you don't have to worry about some "soft" person,
