Reminds me of a friend who was owed 200 dollars by another and took them to small claims court...
Cost her..
50 dollars to file
15 dollars to have him served
a day off work to appear
100 dollars to file the writ of seizure with the sheriff
She may have won in principle but still hasn't collected a penny! |
