Gilly, I can feel your pain. There's a guy that bought a house 3 doors down from us a year ago. Let me say that he's done a lot of good stuff with the outside of the house. It looks better than it ever did with the old owners...

However, he has friends come over in the evenings. They sit in the driveway, drink, laugh, and get rowdy. The best part is when the friends leave. They are all gear heads and have cars that show it. When the friends leave (midnight, 1am, 2am... one time at 3:30am) they gun their engines and squeal the tires. This happens about every 3 or 4 nights.

We've called the police about it, but everything is quiet by the time they show up. I guess many of us have bad neighbors.
