I have heard considerable suspicion that the report is bogus.

Note, however, that my wife had to explain to her sister the mechanics of the sex act. Sister and husband knew what they were supposed to do but for some reason it didn't occur to her to spread her legs. (My guess is that she thought the hole was farther forward and thus the legs weren't relevant.)
