In a 20-minute time span a few months ago, in a town that wasn't my own, I had two different people ask me how to get somewhere. Fortunately, I knew the town I was in well enough to get them there, but kleclere had the grandest time giggling at me.

I've also found out that, if I start a telephone conversation with, "Hi, I'm so-and-so from such-and-such law firm," they'll tell me practically anything I need or want to know. Scary stuff.
