Vegetarian Noodle Soup For Buddism
Vegetarian Noodle Soup (for 2 people) this is good for Buddhism religious person or monks. This noodle has high protein and low fat.
- 2 pieces of fresh raw soft white Tofu (cut into small portion enough to fit your lovely mouth)J
- 2 pieces of black dried seaweed
- 2 long pieces of celery ( cut into many little pieces)
- Half bunch of watercress (cut into small portion)
- 2 small carrots ( cut into many little pieces)
- Chinese Vegetarian garlic for Buddhism (in a small metal can made from China)
- 2 spoon table spoon of Oliva Oil
- 2 table spoon of Soya sauce
- 1 tea spoon of Sesame oil
- Vegetarian Noodle or Chinese Green tea noodle (enough for you)
- Salt (enough)
- Sugar (enough)
- One hot pot of boiling water for noodle soup (enough for you)
Get a pot of boiled water until it is boiling, put your noodle into that soup. Add sugar, dried seaweed and salt in to the soup. During the time you are doing this, you should get another second pot heat it up for vegetables stir fly. Your second pot is now heating up, add the olive oil into there, add the vegetarian garlic into there stir the vegetarian garlic until it is brown and then you add your tofu and celery and carrot. Stir flies them in about 1 min; add the Soya sauce with sesame oil, sugar and salt. After you stir about 3 to 4 min. Now pure the rest of this in to your noodle soup. Then add your watercress into the soup. Then stir the soup evenly with your tofu and vegetables. Now taste it. It should be enough salt and sugar depend on your taste.
Please eat more vegetables than meat, it is good for your health, and being beautiful at the same time. At the same time you are shaving the animals
