If you recieve the "Death Penalty"for a crime.They will not give you a "lethal injection"unless a sterilised(sp)needle is used and
they use an antiseptic agent to sterilise the injection site!The sentence has been heldup or postponed because this could not
be performed.Why?
If you are raped.If the person that rapes you has"AIDs";you cannot find out because if you are told;it is-an invasion of their "Privacy."
