I always enjoy a new prospective and improvements in things after they have been discovered or invented, but my greatest respect always goes to the original creator. I’ve been lucky enough to pass this prospective down to my kids who now enjoy movies like Gone With The Wind, Maltese Falcon, The French Connection and The Wizard Of Oz. Today’s technology and experience can, and often do, produce things quite different and sometimes even improved. But I still tip my hat to the first to build the stage.
