I had to go with face, but really it's the whole package. If a woman has a beautiful body, I still don't find myself attracted to her if her face isn't attractive. But beautiful eyes and smile go a long way to making a not so great body look beautiful.

And if she has no personality, no sense of humor, etc, then the previously mentioned goes right out the window but on a purely physical level I definately pick the face
