In our bed, it's unusual that we would 'return the favour'. Ordinarily either he will get oral or I will, but not usually both in the same session. I prefer it like that because there's never any feeling of obligation.

Oral in our bed (or sofa, living room floor, shower etc) is kind of a treat for the other person and our sex is not 'structured' in a kind of 'it's your turn now and my turn next' kind of way. I think it makes it far more spontaneous and as far as I'm aware, both of us are happy with it like this.
