I think the only thing that would fall under this topic would be going down on my wife after having an orgasm during intercourse. In the first 9 or 10 years of our sexual relationship it wasn't even something we thought about doing, but if I did...well, I probably would've had some reservations. We ended up engaging in out of the blue and it was "trial by fire" so to speak, and loved it. I don't mind the idea of it at all, and I love how excited she gets so it's a win-win situation.
