I've faked it only a couple times and for a couple reasons. One, for the sake of time. Sometimes it's just going to take forever and that pesky "real life" thing calls Secondly, sometimes it just isnt going to happen, period. It's nothing that he has done wrong, but we all have off days at times, and he cares so deeply about my pleasure that he'll really take it hard if I don't get off. For me, an orgasm is a wonderful ending to something that is intrinsically great, so if I don't get off once or twice, I'm ok with it... The s/o on the other hand, isn't so ok with it, so this saves some hassle
