You can not count milk or the tea as part of your 6-8 glasses of water according to my physician. Actually there is a formula for how much water you should consume based on your weight.
"A simple calculation for determining your actual water requirements is to multiply your body weight by 0.6 and then divide it by 12.This will give you the number of 8 ounce glasses of water you need per day."...just pulled that off a nutritional site discussing body requirements.
