Anyway i run out of topic. so I just want to talk about health. I myself consider a very healthy person.
I know the 8 cups of water is great for everything in your body also so much benefit into skin as well.
Every day I drink 2 cups (500ml) of milk, 3 cups (750ml) of green tea, and 3 - 4 cups(750ml - 1000ml) of spring water.
so in total i have 8 to 9 cups of water. This is not including fruits or soup.
I always wondering if i really have enought water every day. I can't take any more than this or less than this. I am not an over weight person, I am 5'6 tall and 108bls.
so how much water do you drink per day?
just wondering that is all.
