I have a person at school who is visually impaired and yet knowing that I still make direct eye contact. He says he can feel me looking at him and knows I am paying close attention to him. If the eyes are truly the wondows to the soul then your own emotions and personality eminate from your own. To me it's not just the looks they give me but how they receive the energy I am exuding.
