I'm sorry I fail to see where you were rejected????? Did you actually ask her out? A friend, of a friend, of a friend, heard she might not fuck you? Nothing ventured, nothing gained. You are not rejected til she tells YOU no. If you did not ask her out then you have not given her the opportunity to accept.
