Suggestion - if it is drivers that you are missing for your camera to work with your puter, try doing a search for the make/model of the camera and drivers. Depending upon how old the camera is, you can find the drivers on the internet. Also, you could go to the manufactures web site, sometimes they have patches/drivers there too....
