Mom's right I don't feel the discomfort as often as I had right after the accident. I just have to remember to do my neck exercises. I was discharged from the Physical Therapist's because I've regained my full range of motion in my neck. (ie I can turn my head almost all the way I used to be able to with very little if any discomfort.) Although every dog has its day, I still find myself rubbing my neck from time to time. After a long shift at work, or after a night of homework, or in the car driving around alot.... etc. Thanks everyone who posted!
babybunny-Dry heat pads? I have an electric heating pad... don't use it often though because it doesn't wrap around my neck like the one at the P.T.'s place... Might try that sock idea, sounds yummy...< ONLY with a new set of socks.> ;-) I don't take the pain killers very often... I try to avoid them if possible. Thanks again for the sock idea!
