18, but with driver's ed and proof you are still in school it is 16, and 14 is possible for a hardship liecense.

21 because the Nazi's in the government think you are old enough to die in a pool of your own blood in Iraq at 18, but you can't drink.

Be considered able to consent to sex?

17 and I did have to research it once jsut to make sure I wasn't going to jail. Also there is no four years rule. i.e: You cna be 80 y/o and go around sodomizing consenting 17 y/o girls (and boys now too thanks Supreme Court) and no one can say shit! However if you are 18 and you get caught eating out your 16 y/o girlfriend, then you are going to be sodomized in jail, child molestor!

On a related note, the Mann Act effectively sets a national age of consent at 16, but it is 18 if you leave the U.S.
