Year 2000! I was opening gifts and hubby was opening his......we give one and get one.....

I got motor oil, a fuel filter, and oil filter.....oh......and..........





















a diamond ring that put me into shock!
















I was dressed as "Mabel Bomgartner" (a ficticious character I made up to describe my frumpy Christmas morning look).......and he proceeded to give me oil! Seemed perfect to me when I looked down at my attire!

But then......he scared me as he slid across the floor on one knee and presented me with a black velvet box! I screamed!

This is not to say that this is a gift NOT to give............just that I would have appreciated the oil and filters more if the diamond hadn't of blinded me! LOL!
