Dick, and if I HAVE to choose from the 3 female choices, then it would have to be pussy. Really, though, I wish there was another word for that part of the female anatomy that I actually liked. Kitty sounds stupid, as does pussy, especially when said out loud. Cunt seems to usually have a bad connotation, like mother fucker. But the expression I hate most of all is "getting a nut." Hmm...but "Lick my vulva!" in the heat of passion doesn't do it either.
