Uh.... I was pretty sure that there were four commonwealths that are part of the U.S. and that they are Penssylvania, Massachussetts, Kentuky, and Virginia.
Additionally, there are two other commonwealths associated with the United States (in the form of unincorporated territories): Puerto Rico and the Northern Marianas.
