Yep  Had a taste of Meleagris gallopavo along with a couple dozen Pelecypoda bivalves Saturday.  They made a deep fried, wild turkey at the clambake as they watched Michigan stomp the hell out of Ohio State. Was DELICIOUS! 
But it WILL be the traditional ROAST turkey on Thursday. (Domestic  )
