There is a big difference between consentual incest and that with minors. On the emotional plane you start out with tow people already loving each other--but that the normal bounds of the loving relationship changes.

Is it the same for parent/off spring as say with brother/sister etc? What is the allure of having sex either with your parents, sibbling, or inner immediate family? This is the most difficult part of my understanding.
