I have1:Personal Care Doctor 2: Diabetic Doctor 3: Eye Doctor
4: Dentist 5: Now I find that I have a Doctor,to tell me,that I'm
misguided.It's a good thing that I've got medical insurance! Irish
P.S.I think that,I forgot,to get a referral from my Personal Care Dr.
I hope that he is recognised by Anthem Blue,or the V.A.M.C.
