As long as you don't insult the customer,if you are valueable(make
money for)enough to your company,you can say just about anything,that you want.I was foreman & head mechanic for two
different boat manufacturers.In one,I dealt with,determining with
the owner,what options,he wanted.Also,in both,I made sure that
all mechanical equipment worked right.Bikers & fishermen,have alot in common.I had a, very, good rapor with the boat owners &
crew.I therefore could say just about anything at work.This was
approx 20yrs ago & the basic boat(before options)was $20,000!
