Its been awhile since I posted anything just wanted to say hi
Hi everyone ,
Its been awhile since I posted anything new I just wanted to pop on and say hi to see how everyones summer was for me its been a busy summer I moved in August. I am now down to 227 lbs wants to be 215 by November and with my cardio ready I can hit my goal
