1. Tell everyone I love exactly how I feel and give them all hugs where possible.

2. Find a lost friend or two and do the same.

3. Spend a couple of hours of unadulterated fun with my SO.

4. Make love to a few other special men in my life.

5. Eat some ice cream and make love again.
