Keep in mind that here is a qualitative difference between a data network and a power network.

Pixies is a data network, where "too much load" causes a delay in service (slow response). A power grid is power or load network, where "too much load" causes the grid/network to STOP or go offline, in order to protect the physical plant.

The two types of networks are dissimilar.
