As far as myself, I really don't know who all is an 'active' adult entertainer anymore, and I certainly don't know who I'd support....
There's only two people I can think of - Hef started his business in Chicago, but I think he's too apolitical to try to run for office. I understand why Flynt is doing it, he's always been a huge advocate of the first amendment (not just nudity/porn, but he had that satire case with Jerry Falwell in the 80s and won) - I just don't see Hef or whatshisname that runs Penthouse doing the same.
The other person who used to be connected to the Chicago area and who's gone naked is Jenny McCarthy - so that would be something of a surprise, as she's been trying to re-start her career in LA last I heard

And, considering that three year rule, there are LOTS of people that would surprise me if they popped up in a run for IL office - they'd have to be residents here three years before making a move!
