Well I guess I will join in and answer:

1.) At least 1-2 times a day

2.) If I get sex...then I tend to do it more

3.)Yes lube (for new pleasures I am trying) and a vibe or fingers

4.) Mostly in the bed but have been none to do it at the computer and on the couch.
