I’m not sure about the rest, but I’ve only seen one Irish Cookbook.  It had one page that said “Boil it.”  I think that a seven course banquet for us is a six-pack and a boiled potato.

BlueSwede- I have a Swedish friend that tells me about a “special Christmas” fish that must have a “very” pungent order when being cooked. I can see the joy of his mouthwatering memories  , but the description doesn’t make it sound too appealing.
