A number of things:

1) I wear her favorite cologne.

2) I take her to a restauarant I know she likes or will like.

3) I remember my best manners (open/close car door for her, pull out seat for her, take coat for her, stand when she leaves/returns to table....etc etc).

4) I LISTEN ATTENTIVELY.

5) I complement her on something (hair, dress...)

6) Have fun!
