"and I was like......" or "he was like.........." GGgggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
"y'know what I'm sayin'?" Inserted after every sentence or so. Drives me absolutely NUTS!!!!!
"y'know?" also inserted after every few words. Drives me nuts, but not as bad as the previous irritating speech habit

Then there are the ones that bug me when they are written or typed:
"wassup" or any of the other "dialect-type" slang spellings
and finally, at the risk of being considered "anal-retentive", incorrect grammar and misspellings. Not typos......everyone makes typos, but straight out misspellings.
What makes me the craziest is when they don't know the difference between to and too, no and know, and there and their. I want to just reach through the monitor and SLAP 'em!!!!!!
