Was watching an episode of Mad TV when they put on a skit paradoy of "Wizard of Oz".
In the skit, Dorothy met yet another person on the road, and eventually he took her behind the bushes, and she was shouting "Oh, I don't ever want to go hojme", while he was shouting "Who's the wizard? Who's the wizard?"
