A few years back there was a case in the UK House of Lords with a man claiming a noble title. The current incumbent resisted saying that the claimant's mother had obtained a divorce because she was still a virgin after a couple of years of marriage so the child that she was pregnant with at the time could not have been legitimate.

Their Lordships decided that Hunnish practices would win the day and that you can become pregnant.
