I was thinking about a ground-breaking, lifesaving surgical technique/procedure...but then I realized I'd probably have to be a surgeon for that to ever happen... LOL

On a different level but somewhat similar, one thing I'd really like is for my writing to be discovered post-humously...sort of like Emily Dickinson.
