I think my all time best prank was eating the cream form a bunch of oreo cookies, then replacing it with toothpaste and leaving a sign reading "Do Not Eat" at a party in highschool. Drunk people will always hurry to do something they think they should not popping the whole thing in one bite.. I've tested it, and oreo and colgate are not two flavors I would want in my mouth while drunk.

The runner up was turning everything upside down in a friend dorm room. It was great to see the look on her face when she realized that everything was in it's correct place only upside down..
