Besides the fact that it just sounds completely unappetizing, I think it would be risky, and just plain dangerous health-wise.
Oral sex after vaginal penetration is a huge turn-on....knowing that you're tasting BOTH of your 'love-juices.' But after anal I'd think you'd run the risk of any number of diseases...not to mention the smell.....
