I wouldn't worry about it. I grew up playing with dolls at that age. I grew up pretty norm...

Honestly though, don't worry about your boy. Let him have fun now.. it's innocent.
Just be sure to get it on video tape for later years. He will laugh his ass off when he sees it at 30.
