I have an agreement with my wife that she will never fake it with me. I can read her well enough that I know when she has had enough, or otherwise just can not have an orgasm at the time. However, before we made our agreement, long before dating, back in the 'friends with benefits' days, she faked it a few times. Some times she faked it because I wasn't doing it right. But, the oddest reason I found is because she knew I was going to give her an orgasm, and didn't feel comfortable with the fact that I could give her one and her boyfriend at the time (I know, I'm bad ...tsk, tsk) couldn't.
