Amazing to me that so many women have such a hard time with it. Believe it or not I thought that I was in the minority w/ such shitty periods. Funny, but the women I know never complain! I feel like such a baby. The cramping is almost as bad a labor pains, I can hardly move for the first 2 days. My bowels get all screwy either constipation or the other way! It just plain old sucks! But I will say that my wonderful gynecologist reccomended sex for the cramping and It actually helps. Orgasm's are almost painful but after the cramping is so much less, it is like an instant pain killer. So I highly recommend lots of sex during your period
