LixyChick---Suggestion!Depending on your financial condition&
husbands age!I don't know if they have it in your State,but a few
years ago(in N.H.),I went thru Superior Court & had a record annulment done.When you apply for a new job,you can HONESTLY
say that you have never been arrested!I reapplied for a concealed weapons permit after.They do an FBI check,when you
apply& nothing showed up.When you get an annullment,they are
supposed to notify,the police in the town that you were arrested
in,the police where you are living now,the State Police,the Attorney General,The FBI,etc.Hope this helps! Irish
P.S.Financially alone,it cost me $300+.
