Two suggestions (from a man's point-of-view):
1) Have him try a cock ring
2) Give him a BJ or a hand job first..he can reciprocate. Then, after you have both cum at least once, move on to intercourse.

I use a cock ring or a condom when more than 2 days pass between sex because I will cum too quickly on my first orgasm. after the first one is done, I'll last much longer thereafter (usually do it 2-3 times).
